applies to our Implicit FrontEnd product, our Implicit Licensing Portal and our website at www.outlook-integration.com.
This Privacy Policy governs our data collection, processing and usage practices. It also describes your choices
regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. By using the Implicit FrontEnd, Website and
Licensing Portal, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with
the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use Implicit FrontEnd, portal and Website.

We periodically update this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
This helps you to always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances,
if any, it is disclosed. Your continued use of the Implicit FrontEnd, Website, and Licensing Portal and/or
continued provision of Personal Information to us will be subject to the terms of the then-current Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. “Personal Information”

This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including
contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information
about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both
free and paid, that you enter into on the Website, and information about you that is available on the internet,
such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.

1.2. “Sensitive Information”

This refers to credit or debit card numbers, personal financial account information, Social Security numbers, passport
numbers, driver’s license numbers or similar personal identifiers, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health
condition or information, or other employment, financial or health information.

1.3. “Navigational Information”

This refers to information about your computer and your visits to our website such as your IP address, geographical
location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed. Please see the “Navigation Information” section below.

1.4. Payment Information

When you submit an order to purchase a license, we collect and process payment information from you, including billing
information and credit card numbers, using third party PCI-compliant service providers. Except for this, we do not
collect Sensitive Information from you.

1.5. Information About Children

The Website is not intended for or targeted at children under 13, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect
information about children under 13. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 13,
please contact us at privacy@Implicitweb.com, so that we may delete the information.

1.6. Information we collect when you visit our Website

You are free to explore the Website without providing any Personal Information about yourself.

1.7. Information we collect when you fill Out a demo or a free trial requests

1.7.1 Information for Demo or Implicit FrontEnd Trial

When you visit the Website and request a demo or a free trial of the Implicit FrontEnd product, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself. This information includes, your name, email address, phone number, company name and number of employees, the CRM you are using and the product that you are interested in.

1.7.2 Use of Cookies

When you fill out a demo / trial request form, we store cookies on your computer. These cookies are used to collect information about how you interact with our website and allow us to remember you. We use this information in order to improve and customize your browsing experience and for analytics and metrics about our visitors both on this website and other media.

1.8. Information we collect when you use our Implicit FrontEnd Product

1.8.1 Licensing Related Information

Our FrontEnd for Outlook (Windows and Mac) and our FrontEnd for Office 365 products collect your email address
and your CRM user ID in order to associate them with your Implicit FrontEnd license. When you initially load
the software on your Outlook, or when you clear and restart your FrontEnd configuration, your email address
and your CRM user ID are sent together with your license key to the Implicit FrontEnd licensing server in
order to activate your license and associate it with your information. This information is required because
each unique combination of a user’s email address and CRM User ID constitutes one FrontEnd license. It is also
required, to allow your CRM administrator and/or Implicit support personnel to release your license when you
switch to a new computer or leave the company so that your license can be used on the new computer or by another user.

1.8.2 When You Use our Implicit Licensing Portal

If you have administrative privileges to your CRM, you may access our Implicit Licensing Portal to view your license
information and manage licenses for your FrontEnd users. This access is available only from within our FrontEnd
for Outlook (Windows) product. The information we collect in this case, is your Implicit FrontEnd license key and
whether or not you have administrative privileges to your CRM.

1.8.3. Log Files

In order to allow us to troubleshot issues with the FrontEnd software or with your CRM environment, FrontEnd
generates a log file on your desktop that contains information about all of its operations including processing
of CRM records. These log files continue to reside on your desktop and are not automatically sent to Implicit
nor does Implicit has any access to these log files. When you request technical support, Implicit (or our partners)
support personnel may ask you to email or upload these log files to a support website so that they can review them
and extract information that may help them troubleshoot the issue. The information in these log files is directly
related to your CRM system and it is your responsibility to ensure that there is no Personal of Sensitive
Information in these log files before sending them to support.

2. How We Use Information We Collect

2.1. Compliance with Our Privacy Policy

We use the information we collect only in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Customers who use our product either under a trial license or who have purchased an Implicit FrontEnd license are obligated through our agreements with them to comply with this Privacy Policy.

2.2. We Never Sell Personal Information

We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party.

2.3. Use of Personal Information to manage your License

2.3.1 Activation of License

When you initially load the software on your Microsoft Outlook, or when you clear and restart your FrontEnd configuration, your email address and your CRM user ID are sent together with your license key to the Implicit FrontEnd licensing server in order to activate your license and associate it with your information.

2.3.2 Release of License

When you uninstall Implicit FrontEnd, your license will be automatically released. If for any reason you switch to a new computer without uninstalling the software from the previous computer, you may contact our support personnel or your CRM administrator to release your license, so it can be used on the new computer. In the event that you leave the company (your employer and the licensee of FrontEnd) or that you no longer require a FrontEnd license, your license can also be manually released so that the license can be used by another user.

2.4. Additional Use of Personal Information

We may use your Personal Information to:

  • a)  If you placed the order for an Implicit FrontEnd license or trial through one of our partners / resellers and you authorized the partner to share your information with us. In addition, we may share information with resellers related to your request to purchase additional license or remove licenses.
  • b)  Contact you in order to provide customer support
  • c)  Send information to you which we think may be of interest to you by email, or other means;
  • d)  Send you marketing communications relating to our business or products
  • e)  Improve your browsing experience by personalizing the Website and to improve the FrontEnd product;
  • f)  Otherwise to fulfill the obligations under the Implicit Terms of Service.

2.5. Use of Navigational Information

We use Navigational Information to operate and improve the Website and our software products.

2.6. Customer Testimonials and Comments

We post customer testimonials and comments on our Website, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each customer’s consent via email prior to posting the customer’s name and testimonial.

2.7. Use of Credit Card Information

If you give us credit card information, we use it solely to collect payment from you. We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

2.8. Security of your Personal Information

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We secure the Personal Information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When sensitive Personal Information (such as a credit card number and/or geo-location data) is collected on our Websites and/or transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

2.10. International Transfer of Information

To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer and access Personal Information from around the world, including the United States. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if we transfer Personal Information to other countries.

2.11. Retention of Personal Information

We retain your Personal Information for as long as you use the FrontEnd product and require a valid license. If you cease to use the product and no longer require a license, we may continue to retain your Personal Information as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about our software products and services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then we securely delete the information. If you no longer use the product, you may request that your Personal Information be deleted, as described in “Opting Out and Unsubscribing” below, in which case, we will, unless legally prohibited, delete all your Personal Information, from our database.

2.12. Corporate Events

If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by Implicit on the Website and the licensing portal. In this event, you will be notified via email, of any change in ownership, uses of your Personal Information, and choices you may have regarding your Personal Information.

2.13. Compelled Disclosure

We reserve the right to use or disclose your Personal Information if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.

3. Opting Out and Unsubscribing

3.1. Reviewing, Correcting and Removing Your Personal Information

Upon request Implicit will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information. If you provide us with your Personal Information, you have the following rights with respect to that information:

  • To review the user information that you have supplied to us
  • To request that we correct any errors, outdated information, or omissions in user information that you have supplied to us
  • To request that your user information not be used to contact you
  • To request that your user information be removed from any solicitation list that we use
  • To request that your user information be deleted from our records
  • To opt out of being solicited by Implicit or third parties

3.2. To Unsubscribe from our communications

You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our e-mails, or by sending us email us at privacy@Implicitweb.com, or by sending us postal mail to Implicit, Inc., 1159 Sonora Court, Suite #305, Sunnyvale, CA 94086, USA, Attention: Privacy. You cannot request that your email address and CRM user ID be deleted, as long as you continue to use FrontEnd and your license remains valid. You must uninstall FrontEnd and then request Implicit to delete your information.
